Return Policy
Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a partly refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or bedding items.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@petparadis3.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number may not be processed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at Support@petparadis3.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
